Delivery
This two day course takes participants through the theory and knowledge related to two of the core units from the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. Depending on classroom engagement and previous experience, some participants may need to complete tasks back in the workplace after attending the face to face training. The assessment work is structured so that participants apply the strategies they have learned during class to ensure the effectiveness and productivity of their "real world" team.
Participants attend two day of interactive face to face classroom training.
