About the course
By studying the Certificate IV in Business, you will gain the knowledge and skills to carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks in a variety of business service roles.
Individuals entering this qualification may have accountabilities for supervising the performance of others.
This course provides a broad appreciation of the factors that support business success and the requirements to apply these dimensions with some levels of leadership and confidence.
Student Support Days
We offer monthly student support days at our Craigie Street premises. The sessions commence at 9am and finish at 2pm.
Come for all or part of the session to catch up with your trainer and other students.
These support sessions are available to enrolled CTS students free of charge. Please advise us by email that you are attending or book online.

Details and duration
There are no formal pre-requisites to enrol in this course, however, it is preferred that candidates have previously completed a Certificate III in Business within three years prior to enrolment, or have recently spent at least two years in an administrative role.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) available.
All candidates have the full support of their trainer who will be in regular contact via phone, email, skype, Zoom or face to face scheduled appointments in the workplace and at our training rooms.
