Partnering and Auspicing Options
Details
In the vocational education and training sector, auspicing involves an organisation entering into a partnership with a registered training organisation (RTO), like CTS, to have the training and assessment that it undertakes recognised under the National Training Framework. Within these arrangements, the RTO is responsible for assuring the quality of the assessments conducted by the other organisation.
The RTO must set up systems for monitoring and evaluating assessment processes and judgements about competence. CTS would also be responsible for issuing qualifications or statements of attainment that result from the training.
We can work with you to develop a flexible and cost-effective way to train, develop and assess your people leading to Nationally Recognised Qualifications or Statements of Attainment. You conduct the training and assessment under our guidance and with our support, or we can deliver the training and assessment for you. Talk to us about developing a partnership arrangement. Partnering or auspicing can be a cost-effective way to build your workforce.
