Details
The Statutory Supervisor ensures that foreseeable hazards are discussed and appropriate control measures drawn from the higher levels of the Hierarchy of Control are implemented and sustained in order to ensure tasks are completed without incident. Statutory Supervisors are the people that get others home safe and well, so the new legislation is elevating the position in status to ensure we do this more effectively as we deal with new and inexperienced people.
