Fundamentals of Effective Team Leadership - 2 day course

This two-day course takes participants through the theory and knowledge related to two of the core units from the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.  These units can also be used as electives in the Certificate IV in WHS. 

Units of Competency

• BSBLDR413 Lead effective workplace relationships
• BSBXTW401 Lead and facilitate a team

Cost: $950 with assessment if not a fee free student

It is recommended that students bring a laptop, iPad, tablet or other device to the course if using the e-book version.
