Leading the Task

Effective task leadership requires frontline staff to not only have a good understanding of the strategic objectives of the organisation, but also of singular goals and objectives necessary to attain them. Working at the tactical level, frontline staff must be able to interpret and create daily, monthly and longer term plans so that the team may know what is required and when.
Being able to organise, schedule, plan and monitor progress are some of the essential skills that are covered within this element.
