Self Management

"It is not enough to have great qualities; we should also have the management of them" - Francois de La Rouchefoucauld

Self ManagementSelf management builds on the individual's ability to apply self control by enabling actions necessary to ensure outcomes are achieved.

Frontline staff who demonstrate high levels of self management tend to be effective time managers, aware of and in charge of levels of personal stress and effective when it comes to following up on outcomes and actions required.  Self managers will actively seek out feedback and use this to help identify areas for further improvement and growth.
