This course provides participants with information on:
- Understanding how to navigate legislation - WHS Act 2020 & the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022
- Sitting the Statutory Positions Law Exam
- Exam requirements
- Set up of questions
- Relevant focused areas of legislation
This course will increase and improve your knowledge, skills and confidence to sit the exam.
Important! Participants are required to bring a laptop or tablet to use during the course. Free WiFi is available. You must bring your own hard copy of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022.
In the second part of the course participants will be provided with a login to our online portal and will have access to the online preparation exam for 60 days from attendance at the course.
